Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases made through this website from The School of The Livingness Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that cannot be excluded.

Orders and prices

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are shown before shipping, which is calculated at checkout.
• Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email after your payment succeeds.
• We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable or a price or description was clearly wrong.
• Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colours and sizes may vary slightly.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

Shipping, import charges and returns

Delivery, import duties and taxes, and our returns and refunds process are explained on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Our artwork and content

The illustrations, cartoons, text and photographs on this website are protected by copyright and belong to us or to the artists and authors credited. You may enjoy them for your own personal use, but please do not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission. If you would like to use our artwork, please get in touch.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Our liability for goods that fail to meet a consumer guarantee is limited, where the law permits, to replacing or repairing the goods or refunding you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
